They have been manufacturing confectionery products in Australia for more than fifty years, including 100's & 1000's. Their manufacturing plant is in Pakenham, Victoria, Australia. Dollar Sweets was involved in a landmark industrial relations dispute in the 80's. Ownership has changed hands several times, including Arnotts, but today it is owned by the Higgins family.
