Brewery
This brewery is located inside the former Astor Theatre in Mildura, Victoria. The disused theatre came with the Mildura Grand Hotel when the hotel was acquired by Don Carrazza and his family in 1989. The brewery was opened in 2004. While parts of the Grand Hotel have been owned by other parties since 2006, the brewery remained controlled by the Carrazza family until 2017, when Broo acquired the company for $1 million.

Founded by Kent Grogan. Broo's Constitution guarantees the company will always be 100% Australian owned. Listed on the ASX in Oct 2016. Acquired Mildura Brewery in 2017 for $1 million, where the company produces some of its beer products. In 2020 Broo signed a contract brewing agreement with Carlton & United Breweries, which will see Broo Premium Lager and Australia Draught beers produced by CUB. Signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Metcash-owned ALM in 2021.
