Producer of gourmet pates, ice creams, sauces, fruit pastes, jams, oils, vinegars, verjuice and preserved fruits. Based in the Barossa Valley. Melbourne-based Longtable Group acquired a 48% stake for $15 million in 2017, and became full owners in 2019.
