Adulterated honey claims
In 2015 Victorian beekeeper, Simon Mulvany began blowing the whistle Capilano Honey for blending cheap Chinese honey with Australian honey in its budget Allowrie brand. Capilano responded with denials and a lawsuit against Mulvany. Investigations by ABC's 7:30 Report and the ACCC followed.
