Shortly after Coca-Cola Amatil sold their SPC fruit packing business in 2019, the new owners of SPC sold the Kyabram factory and the IXL jam and Taylor's marinades and sauces brands to the newly formed Kyabram Jam Company, who changed their name to Henry Jones Foods in 2020.
