Owners fined for clearing koala habitat
In June 2012 Running Bare owner, Brian Powell, was fined $120,000 and ordered to pay costs of nearly $50,000 to the Office of Environment and Heritage for bulldozing trees on his property that were home to koalas and other endangered species.
