Founded in 1977 when Mick Button became the first licensee for Rusty surfboards, launching the brand in Australia. In 2006 Vegas Enterprises bought the worldwide rights to the Rusty brand (apparel only). 90% owned by Hong Kong firm New Force Holdings.
