Founded in New Zealand in 1990. At its peak in 2007 the label had hundreds of stores across the world, but by 2016 the company collapsed. In March 2017 Catch Group acquired the brand and IP, but sold it to Noni B owner Alceon in 2018. In 2021 Alceon spin-off ACTA Capital took over ownership.
