Formed in 2012 to combine three clothing brands, Insight, Ksubi, and Something Else, that originated in Australia. Their products are made in Asia and sold in over 40 countries. Australia accounts for almost 45% of sales. The company was placed into voluntary administration in 2013, and subsequently rescued by Los Angeles-based private investment firm Breakwater Investment Management, which has historically supported the business.
