This company has been criticised for irresponsible advertising. In 2023 the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) upheld a complaint about their "world's purest wipes" claim. The ASA concluded the evidence was not adequate to substantiate the claim "world's purest wipes", and therefore the ad was misleading and breached the Code.
