Founded in 1966. Acquired by Manassen Foods in 2000, which was acquired by Chinese state-owned enterprise Bright Foods in 2011. Margaret River Dairy was sold to The Cheeky Cow in 2024, which collapsed in 2025. Following restructuring, the company is now 100% Western Australian family-owned and operated.
