Coca-Cola Amatil bought the company in 2005, and sold it in 2019 for $40 million to Australian private equity firms Perma Funds Management and The Eights. Entered a joint venture with German global giant Dohler in 2020. Acquired PomLife and a majority stake in The Kuisine Company in 2020. Took on additional investors in 2022, including the sale and leaseback of the flagship SPC property in Shepparton to Charter Hall. Merged with The Original Juice Co in 2024.

Govt grant to reduce energy costs
In 2012 this company received a $499,999 grant from the Australian Government's $1 billion Clean Technology Investment Program, which helps manufacturers reduce their energy bills. The money was used to replace the blast freezer system with an industrial spiral freezer system using ammonia refrigerant, reducing energy consumption.
