Established in 2000 by Jodhi Meares, the former wife of James Packer. Tigerlily was acquired by Billabong in 2007 for $5.8 million, and sold for $60 million in 2017 to Sydney private equity firm Crescent Capital Partners. Fell into voluntary administration during the COVID-19 pandemic, and again in 2024. Acquired by Seafolly in 2024.
